  • Small Kohlrabies; Peeled, Chunks (may Substitute Parsnips)
  • Large Onion; Chopped
  • Sweet Potatoes; Peeled,chunk
  • Zucchini; Sliced Thick
  • Fresh Tomatoes
  • Can (15-oz) Garbanzo Beans & Liquid
  • 1/2 Cups Couscous Or Bulgar Wheat
  • 1/4 Cups Raisins
  • Teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • Cups Water
