Savory Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 0.25 Teaspoon Rosemary, Crushed
- 0.50 Teaspoon Thyme, Crushed
- 1.00 Each Onion Chopped
- 2.00 Each Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2.00 Each Turnips, Dices
- 0.75 Cup Beef Broth
- 1.00 Each 28 Oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1.00 Each 10 Oz Pkg Frozen Succotash
- 0.13 Teaspoon Pepper
- 0.25 Teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 Cup Oil
- 2.00 Each Parsnips, Diced
- 1.00 Each Carrot, Diced
- 0.75 Cup Red Wine
- 2.00 Lb Chuck Stew Meat
- 2.00 Each Stalks Celery, Diced

Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. Coat the beef
chunks with flour then add to the oil and cook, turning, until
browned. Remove and set aside. Add next 6 ingredients to saucepan;
saute 5 minutes. Return beef to saucepan. Add tomatoes, and next 5
ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer until
meat is tender, about 45 minutes. Add succotash, salt and pepper.
Cook until heated through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
