  • 1 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for about 20 seconds or until all ingredients are smooth.
  2. Drink while frothy.
