Auntie's Rum Balls

Ingredients:
  • Cup Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
  • Cup Pecans; Chopped
  • Cup Confectioner's Sugar
  • Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup; Light
  • 1/4 Cups Rum; (or Bourbon)
  • Confectioner's Sugar; (extra)

Directions:

Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and rum. Form 1 tablespoon of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar. Store in fridge.
