Apricot Danish Filling
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Dried Apricot Halves
- 2 Cups Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Water

Directions:
1. Simmer all until very soft.
2. Puree and use to fill baked goodies.
NOTES : YIELDS: 1 quart
