Bacon Mushroom and Swiss Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound Good Quality Ground Beef
- 1/2 Pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Small Onion; Finely Chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cups Corn Flake Crumbs; ( I Used Bread Crumbs)
- 1/4 Cups Milk
- 4 Ounces Grated Swiss Cheese
- 1 Can (4 Oz) Mushrooms; Drained
- 3 Slices Bacon; Chopped

Directions:
In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a
baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
