Bacon Mushroom and Swiss Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pound Good Quality Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 Small Onion; Finely Chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cups Corn Flake Crumbs; ( I Used Bread Crumbs)
  • 1/4 Cups Milk
  • 4 Ounces Grated Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Can (4 Oz) Mushrooms; Drained
  • 3 Slices Bacon; Chopped

Directions:
