Batas a Portuguesa - Portuguese Fried Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cups Butter
- 1/4 Cups Oil (olive Oil May Be Used)
- 750 Grams Potatoes, Peeled And Sliced 1/4" Thick Rounds
- 1/2 Level Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Level Tablespoon Finely Chopped Parsley

Directions:
1. in a pan heat butter and oil. fry potatoes on both sides until golden
brown. 2. season potatoes with salt and pepper, transfer to a heated plater
and serve immediately sprinkle with parsley. serves 4
