Batas a Portuguesa - Portuguese Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Cups Butter
  • 1/4 Cups Oil (olive Oil May Be Used)
  • Grams Potatoes, Peeled And Sliced 1/4" Thick Rounds
  • 1/2 Level Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Level Tablespoon Finely Chopped Parsley
