Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Cups Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Tablespoon Butter
  • Ounces Semisweet Chocolate
  • Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream

Directions:

Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream tog over very low heat. Whisk in yolks, one at a time, mixture will thicken. Whisk in butter. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm. With spoon make small balls.
