Austrian Cream Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 3 3/4 Cups Flour
  • 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Easy Creamy Icing

Directions:

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually; blend in cream. Mix flour, powder & salt: stir in. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Roll dough to 1/4" thick on lightly floured board. Cut into 2" squares. With knife, make two 1/2" indentations on each side of each square. Place on lightly greased sheet. Bake 10-13 minutes. Cool. Frost.
