Finnish Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1.00 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1.00 Cup Flour
  • 8.00 Each Large Eggs
  • 0.25 Lb Butter
  • 1.00 Qt Fresh Milk
  • 4.00 Tablespoon Sugar

Directions:

Melt 1/4 lb. butter in pan 12" x 16". Mix lightly with beater - milk and eggs; then add sugar, salt and flour. Pour mixed batter over melted butter. Bake in 450o oven for 20-23 minutes. Cut recipe in half for 9" x 13" pan. Cut recipe in forths for 8" x 8" pan. Serve with maple syrup, jelly or butter. Courtesy Massachusetts Poultry Association, Inc.
