Ajam Goreng Djawa (Fried Chicken with Spices)

Ingredients:
  • Chicken, Frying; Cut Up
  • Chilies; Split
  • Onion, Small; Sliced
  • Tablespoons Coriander Seed, Ground
  • Tablespoon Caraway Seed, Ground
  • Tablespoon Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Tablespoons Tamarind Juice
  • Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • Cup Coconut Milk
  • Oil

Directions:
