Ingredients:
- 2 Teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ginger; Finely Chopped
- 1 Clove (large) Garlic; Finely Choped
- 4 Cups Bok Choy; Cut Diagonally Into 1" Slices
- 3/4 Pounds Firm Tofu; Drained And Cut Into 1" Chunks
- 1 Can (15-oz) Baby Corn
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Sherry
- 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Paste With Soy Bean
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
