Baby Corn, Bok Choy, & Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
  • 2 Teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Ginger; Finely Chopped
  • 1 Clove (large) Garlic; Finely Choped
  • 4 Cups Bok Choy; Cut Diagonally Into 1" Slices
  • 3/4 Pounds Firm Tofu; Drained And Cut Into 1" Chunks
  • 1 Can (15-oz) Baby Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Paste With Soy Bean
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
