Israeli Honey Orange Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2.50 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.75 Cup Butter Or Marg: Melted,coold
- 2.50 Cup Flour
- 0.25 Cup Sugar
- 1.50 Teaspoon Salt
- 0.33 Cup Wheat Germ
- 0.25 Cup Orange Juice
- 1.50 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1.00 Tablespoon Grated Orange Peel
- 0.50 Cup Honey
- 3.00 Each Eggs

Directions:
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl combine
remaining wet ingredients.Combine wet to drys quickly to blend.Fill
muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 375 15 to 20 minutes or tested done with
toothpick, makes 24
