Amy's Chili with Hominy (Vegan)

Ingredients:
  • Can (28-oz) Crushed Tomato
  • Cans Pinto Beans
  • Can Garbonzo Beans
  • Can Hominy
  • Can (4.5-oz) Tomato Paste
  • Can (4-oz) Green Chili Peppers
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Zucchini
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder (up To)
  • Teaspoons Cumin
  • Cloves Garlic -or-
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Teaspoon Molasses

Enjoy! Amy didn't mention pre-cooking the onions so I don't know if she does, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea.
