Clear Japanese Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1.50 Qt Chicken Broth
  • 2.00 Each Green Onions And Tops
  • 0.33 Cup Dry Sherry
  • 1.00 Each Very Thinly Sliced Carrot
  • 1.00 Each Thinly Sliced Lemon
  • 6.00 Each Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 4.50 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

Directions:

Bring broth to simmer in large saucepan. Add sherry and soy sauce; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Ladle soup into small bowls; float a lemon slice in each bowl. Arrange garnishes on tray and add to soup as desired. Typed by Syd Bigger.
