Japanese Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
  • 1.00 Teaspoon Galic Powder
  • 0.00 Sauce
  • 1.00 Cup Flour
  • 3.00 Tablespoon Water
  • 1.00 Cup Oil
  • 3.00 Tablespoon Low Salt Soya Sauce
  • 1.00 Each Egg Beaten With 1 Ts Water
  • 3.00 Lb Chicken Wings
  • 1.00 Cup Sugar
  • 0.50 Cup White Vinegar

Directions:

Cut wings into pieces. Dip in slightly beaten egg, then in flour. Fry in oil until brown and crisp. Put in shallow roasting pan (I use a cookie sheet). Heat sauce until boiling. Pour ovet wings. Bake at 275 F for approximately 1 hour. Sauce thickens and coats wings.
