Japanese Pickled Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 1.00 Large Green Bell Pepper **
  • 1.50 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0.00 Boiling Water
  • 1.00 Medium Cauliflower *
  • 0.25 Cup Sugar
  • 0.50 Cup Very Thinly Sliced Celery
  • 0.75 Cup Coca-cola
  • 6.00 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar

Directions:

* Cauliflower should be separated into flowerets, washed and drained. ** Green bell pepper should be washed, cored, seeded and cut into 2 inch strips.
