Japanese Fruit Pie
Ingredients:
- 1.00 Cup Sugar
- 2.00 Each Eggs,beaten
- 0.50 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1.00 Each Cube Margarine,melted,cooled
- 1.00 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1.00 Each Unbaked Pie Shell
- 0.50 Cup Coconut
- 0.50 Cup Chopped Dates
- 0.50 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.Mix well.
Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.Bake in 300
degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
