Japanese Onion Soup

Ingredients:
  • 0.50 Each Carrot, Sliced
  • 1.00 Each Chicken Bone
  • 0.25 Each Piece Garlic, Smashed
  • 1.00 Each Beef Bone
  • 0.25 Each Stalk Of Celery
  • 1.00 Each Onion, Diced Finely
  • 2.00 Qt Water

Directions:

Boil the above for 45 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth or a soft napkin and use only the broth. A beef soup base can be used for added flavor. Add salt to taste.
