Japanese Onion Soup
Ingredients:
- 0.50 Each Carrot, Sliced
- 1.00 Each Chicken Bone
- 0.25 Each Piece Garlic, Smashed
- 1.00 Each Beef Bone
- 0.25 Each Stalk Of Celery
- 1.00 Each Onion, Diced Finely
- 2.00 Qt Water

Directions:
Boil the above for 45 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth or a soft
napkin and use only the broth. A beef soup base can be used for added
flavor. Add salt to taste.
