Japanese Carrot Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 0.50 Teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil; (optional)
  • 0.25 Each Cake Silken (creamy) Tofu; (
  • 1.00 Small Carrot; (about 1/2 Cup)
  • 1.00 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1.00 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger Root; (o
  • 2.00 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar; And/or Cider V
  • 2.00 Tablespoon Mirin; (a Sweet Japanese Co

Directions:

Recipe by: Felicia Pickering Put all of the ingredients in a blender and whirl them until smooth. Stored chilled in a covered jar, this dressing will keep for a week (less, if you use the tofu)
