Japanese Carrot Dressing
Ingredients:
- 0.50 Teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil; (optional)
- 0.25 Each Cake Silken (creamy) Tofu; (
- 1.00 Small Carrot; (about 1/2 Cup)
- 1.00 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1.00 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger Root; (o
- 2.00 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar; And/or Cider V
- 2.00 Tablespoon Mirin; (a Sweet Japanese Co

Directions:
Recipe by: Felicia Pickering Put all of the
ingredients in a blender and whirl them until smooth. Stored chilled
in a covered jar, this dressing will keep for a week (less, if you
use the tofu)
