Japanese Pickles
Ingredients:
- 2.00 Teaspoon Rice Syrup
- 0.50 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 0.25 Teaspoon Salt
- 2.00 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
- 3.00 Each -standard Cucumbers,
- 3.00 Each Fresh Red Chili Peppers
- 1.00 Each Red Onion; Thinly Sliced
- 4.00 Each Japanese Cucumbers

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve as a compliment to
grilled or spicy foods, or with chicken or fish.
