Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1.00 Cup Sugar
  • 2.00 Each Eggs,beaten
  • 0.50 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1.00 Each Cube Margarine,melted,cooled
  • 1.00 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.00 Each Unbaked Pie Shell
  • 0.50 Cup Coconut
  • 0.50 Cup Chopped Dates
  • 0.50 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:

Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.Mix well. Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
