Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:
  • Cup Sugar
  • Each Eggs,beaten
  • Teaspoon Vinegar
  • Each Cube Margarine,melted,cooled
  • Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Each Unbaked Pie Shell
  • Cup Coconut
  • Cup Chopped Dates
  • Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:

Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.Mix well. Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
