Basic Chinese Sauces

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cups Water
  • 4 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Paste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Stir-fry your meat first and set aside; then stir-fry your vegetables, return meat to wok or skillet with the sauce mixture.
