Baked Applesauce (Low-Fat)

Ingredients:
  • Large Tart Apples; Peeled, Sliced
  • Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:

Place apples in a 1-quart dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle over the apples.
