Anita's Italian Herb Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Pound Loaf
- 1 1/8 Cups Buttermilk
- 3 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Applesauce (oil)
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/4 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Yeast

Directions:
Crust light. Bake.
