Baked French Toast

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 6 Slices Egg Bread, 1" Th

Directions:

Heat oven to 475 degrees. Drizzle melted butter onto 17 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Whisk together milk, eggs, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Dip both sides of bread into milk mixture; place on prepared pan. Pour any remaining milk mixture over bread. Let stand 20 minutes, turning bread over a couple of times. Bake in 475 degree oven, turning once, until puffed and golden, for about 15 minutes.
